After releasing a pair of LPs into the music scene, respectively titled Appleseed and Music for Earthworms, and another in 2000 called Float for Mush, Def Jux then had the pleasure of being under the name of Aesop Rock with two singles: 'Coma' and 'Boom Box.' His second full-length album in 2001 entitled Labor Days was unprecedented in style, earning positive reviews. He went further with his music explosion, releasing a follow-up for Def Jux entitled Bazooka Tooth in 2003 and then another EP entitled Fast Cars, Danger, Fire and Knives in 2005. But to be fair every ensemble of the electronic rap age had their own defining sound, and you can easily tell Aesop Rock from just about everyone else.
