All The Way on Broadway
No one should've been surprised that Bryan Cranston took a 180 degree turn after six seasons as everyone's favorite chem teacher turned dark criminal mastermind Walter White in Breaking Bad. After all, he had previously spent seven seasons as the weird dad on Malcolm in the Middle before he started cooking the blue, so dramatic turns in casting were just an extension of his talent and range as an actor. So, after fighting cancer, a cartel, and neo-Nazis as the notorious Heisenberg, Cranston has taken on the new challenge to become a live-stage version of America's 36th president, Lyndon B. Johnson, in the production of All The Way on Broadway.
All The Way tracks LBJ through the monumental year of 1964 when the President crossed paths with some of the most noteworthy figures in history concerning war & peace in the US and abroad. Cranston portrays the various sides of Johnson - a bully, a hero, and more - as he attempts to solve complicated issues of the Vietnam War, the Civil Rights struggle, and far more. There are many differing opinions about where Johnson ranks on the all-time list of United States Presidents, but the cast & writing of All The Way will transport the audience to a difficult time for a man attempting to rebuild the Great Society in a way that you'll never forget. As a limited engagement on Broadway with a big name on the playbill and great reviews in the bank, tickets are sure to be in high demand!
