Mary J. Blige has begun unlocking the details to her upcoming "Liberation Tour" but not via her website or through her record label, Interscope Records. Overall it is been rather secret as pre-sales for a few of the dates (Virginia Beach, Long Island, Boston and Holmdel) have begun and general on sale dates for these same dates begin this week.
Blige, who is currently starring in the big screen version of "Rock of Ages" with Tom Cruise, had announced that a sequel to her last album "My Life II... The Journey Continues (Act 1)" would be released in May but that did not happen and no news has yet been revealed. Maybe a joint new album and tour press release is coming? Just speculation.
