Coldplay at ACL
Coldplay, the introspective British Pop-rock band that wooed us with 'Yellow' and hasn't looked back since, has just announced a huge show to be played at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland, England. Stadium of Light is the home pitch for Sunderland A.F.C. and has hosted the English national squad on two occasions.

With a capacity of 49,000, this venue attracts only some of the biggest musical acts including the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kings of Leon, Take That, Pink and Bon Jovi. In addition to the home turf of Sunderland, Coldplay also plans to hit up the stadiums of famed clubs Arsenal and Coventry City. This should be an epic run for Coldplay fans in the UK.
