Joining the likes of Radiohead and Florence and The Machine, Andrew Bird is the last in a series of name artists to pair up with Here We Go Magic, the Brooklyn band with the big clout, for its 2012 tour. Having kicked things off in Berlin June 29th, Here We Go Magic is apparently having too good a time to let its performance streak end with the summer – Bird's dates are set for the end of the band's fall lineup, with shows scheduled for Sept. 26-Oct. 12.
The pairing comes as a nice segue for Andrew Bird, who'll be in the middle of his own tour before joining forces with the gang Pitchfork Media said produced "The Best New Music" back in 2010.
