Justin Bieber has found the next big pop sensation, and she's just 13. Madison Beer, a New York native, was all but unknown until 9:15AM on July 17th, 2012. That was when Justin Bieber first tweeted about her. By the following day, her video had more than 150,000 views and over 20,000 Twitter followers. What's next for the "#futurestar"? She is reportedly in talks with Scooter Braun, the agent for Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen, the last Bieber-made phenomenon. Indeed, Jepsen was known only for an appearance on Canadian American Idol until Bieber made her into a star almost overnight. Her single, Call Me Maybe has now been the top song in the country for 5 weeks and she is going on tour with Bieber for the rest of the year.
