Marnie Stern Tour
Guitarist and finger-tapping sensation Marnie Sternhas announced a string of tour dates throughout North America. Named one of the Top 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time by Rolling Stone, Stern's unique and innovative style of guitar playing is set to perform at many major cities, from New York to Montreal to San Francisco to Nashville. The tour comes hot on the heels of Stern's fourth album, The Chronicles of Marnia, set for release March 19 via Kill Rock Stars. Marnie Stern has received numerous accolades in the past; Pitchfork Media named her 2008 album, This Is It and I Am It and You Are It and So Is That and He Is It and She Is It and It Is It and That Is That, one of the 50 Best Albums from 2008, and in 2011, Elle Magazine rated her one of the 12 Greatest Female Electric Guitarists.

Marnie Stern's tour begins on March 10 at Denton, TX, where she will perform at 35 Denton. The tour ends on May 10 at Philadelphia, PA, where Stern is set to rock out at Johnny Brendas. Along the way, Stern will share stages with punk group Roomrunner, indie rock group Motel Beds, and all-girl quartet Barren Girls. Stern is also going to perform at hot spots such as SXSW 2013, and will rock at 35 Denton for all 4 days of the event.
