Osheaga, once the name used for the area we now call Montreal, has turned its European-style location into a three-day long music and arts festival to showcase the best emerging national artists around. This has been Canada's largest festival after being introduced in 2006.
Last year, a crowd of 25,000 came to jam out to their favorite bands and artists perform in the July heat. Now, an expected 30,000 fans may show to indulge in the August 3rd, 4th, and 5th shows at Montreal's Parc Jean- Drapeau.
