Earlier this week Radiohead announced their 2012 tour dates. With the memory of the insane demand for Radiohead at Roseland Ballroom fresh in my mind, I looked at ticket prices for historical shows to estimate what we might expect to pay for 2012 Radiohead tickets.

Update 3/12/2012:
As expected, Radiohead is expanding its 2012 North American tour with the release of a series of new tour dates that have them visiting cities in the Northeast, Midwest and Canada.
After playing a series of previously announced West Coast dates and Coachella, the band will play cities such as Newark, Washington DC, Cincinnati, Chicago, Detroit, Montreal and Toronto.

OLD news:
Radiohead, the Grammy Award winning band who has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, announced today the first series of dates for a stateside tour in 2012 in support of their latest album, The King of Limbs, which was released earlier this year. We hadn't heard much from them since they put on an intimate show at Roseland Ballroom The February & March dates mark the band's first tour in the United States since 2008, when the band trekked across the states in support of the album In Rainbows. Earlier this year the band made two surprise performances at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City as well as performances on The Colbert Report and the season premiere of Saturday Night Live.
The tour will begin at the American Airlines Arena in Miami on February 27 and will hit cities such as Tampa, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Austin, St. Louis, Kansas City, Broomfield (Colorado) and Glendale (Arizona). The Radiohead website mentions more dates are on the horizon. Be sure to keep checking out SeatGeek as new dates and cities are announced.
