As a native Las Vegan, I'm a little embarrassed about the title of this story. However, I'm not at all embarrassed that one of Vegas' best musical exports is back in the studio, recording a follow up to "Day & Night." And it looks like they'll continue working on a string of hits relating to Nevada, the wonderful Silver State. As Brandon Flowers confirmed on BBC Radio 1, "There's one track called 'Battle Born', it's definitely a pillar of the record." It's a reference to Nevada's many nicknames, denoting the state's admission to the US during the Civil War.
