UPDATE
Van Halen's upcoming November dates in Japan have been rescheduled to 2013 due to Eddie Van Halen's recent diagnosis and surgery with diverticulitis. Originally planned for November 20 in Osaka and November 27 in Tokyo, the new dates are June 21, 2013 at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo and June 24 and June 26 at Osaka's Central City Gymnasium. Tickets for the original shows will be honored for the new dates.
As for rescheduling of the numerous North American dates that were postponed in 2012, no news yet but we'll have it for you if that comes to light.

Van Halen fans have to be scratching their heads at this point in frustration. After the major buzz of the tour featuring a reunited band with David Lee Roth, came the hugely disappointing cancellation of the tour after their gig in New Orleans on June 26.
According to Pollstar, Roth stated that the band had “bit off way more than they could chew.”
However, the band has now revealed they will be playing a couple of dates in Japan of all places later this year in November. The dates scheduled are a November 20 show in Osaka at the Osaka Chuo Gymnasium and a November 27 show in Tokyo at the Tokyo Dome.
One can hope that the North American dates will be rescheduled and we can bring you the best deals on tickets. If any news comes about, we'll be sure to bring it to you on our blog.
UPDATE
We here at SeatGeek have been keeping you updated on the Van Halen tour since it was announced earlier in the year.
The boys are keeping it going deeper into 2012 as they just announced another series of dates for California, Nevada, Utah and Kansas fans in August and September. The dates will come after David Lee Roth, Eddie Van Halen and the rest of the band have played the other 34 remaining dates on the tour. They have been going strong all year and continue to do so.

Tour Dates Finally Released
After their set in NYC tonight, Van Halen released an extensive list of tour dates for 2012. Including another NYC run at Madison Square Garden.
Happy Boxing Day! To celebrate, Van Halen announced a new tour today. David Lee Roth is back in the fold (and apparently twirling a baton) and will be taking lead vocals again. The announcement was made on their website, however there are no tour dates listed. It is probably the most exciting black and white video I've seen on a Boxing Day in recent memory (Warning: There's a lot of David Lee Roth hip gyrations involved in this video).
