NCAA Sweet Sixteen Midwest Region Preview
The Midwest Region of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament didn't have too many surprises other than Oregon's dispatching of the #4 and #5 seeds. The four teams headed to Indianapolis for a chance to reach the Elite Eight and then the Final Four are Louisville (#1), Duke (#2), Michigan State (#3) and Oregon (#12).
This sets up two very exciting games at Lucas Oil Stadium for Friday when the #1 seed Louisville Cardinals take on the #12 seed Oregon Ducks and the #2 seed Duke Blue Devils take on the #3 seed Michigan State Spartans. The winner of these two games will play for a chance to reach the Final Four in Atlanta.
Let's take a look at these four teams and their paths to the Sweet Sixteen.

Duke Blue Devils
The Blue Devils beat #15 seed Albany by a score of 73-61 in the second round and #7 Creighton in the third round by a score of 66-50.
Michigan State Spartans
The Spartans beat out #14 seed Valparaiso by a score of 65-54 in the second round and destroyed #6 Memphis 70-48 in the third round.
The Ducks upset #5 Oklahoma State in the second round by a score of 68-55 and then upset #4 Saint Louis in the third round by a score of 74-57. Something tells me they were under-seeded.
