One Direction at The BankAtlantic Center Tour Date
The largest arena in Florida is located in the town of Sunrise, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. Although its primary function is to play host to Florida Panthers games, The BankAtlantic Center is something of an entertainment dilettante: in addition to hockey matches and concerts like the upcoming One Direction show, the indoor arena also showcases boxing, basketball, martial arts, wrestling, and even rodeo events. It boasts a total of six food courts, divided evenly between its plaza and mezzanine levels. It features 70 suites, replete with wet bars and leather upholstery. It holds up to 25,000 people per concert. It is, in other words, a fittingly impressive venue for one of the world's most popular boy-bands!
