Cee Lo Tickets - Artist History

Thomas DeCarlo Callaway was born May 30, 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia. He is better known by his stage name Cee Lo Green, or Cee Lo. Cee Lo is a singer-songwriter, rapper, and record producer. Cee Lo began his music career performing in the Atlanta-based Goodie Mob. Cee Lo tickets sold quickly as the group gained popularity. While performing with Goodie Mob, Cee Lo focused almost exclusively on his rapping, although he did sing occasional hooks. After participating in two albums with the group, Cee Lo made the decision to pursue a solo career, and split from Goodie Mob midway through completion of their third album.

Cee Lo first signed with Arista records, but was dropped after just two albums due to low sales. After being released from Arista records, Cee Lo joined the group Gnarles Barkley with Danger Mouse, putting his solo career on hold. Cee Lo produced two albums during his time with the group. Their album St. Elsewhere dropped in April of 2006, and included the smash hit 'Crazy', which Rolling Stone ranked as the number one song of the decade. After their mega-hit, Gnarles Barkley released a second album entitled The Odd Couple in 2008. Cee Lo released another solo album entitled The Ladykiller in 2010, which contained the hit single 'Forget You.'

Cee Lo tickets sold quickly once 'Forget You' achieved Gold status in the United States. Cee Lo is also the recipient of multiple Grammy Awards and nominations.
