Far East Movement Tickets - Group History

Far East Movement began in 2003 in Los Angeles. The group is one of the hottest modern day Asian American music collectives, and is made up of Kev Nish, Prohgress, J-Splif and DJ Virman. In 2006, they released their first album titled Folk Music with Catch Music Group. Not long after the release, the album's single Round and Round was picked up by racing movie The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, allowing it to appear in both the soundtrack and the movie itself. The cameo caused Far East Movement to explode in popularity, landing them on two major world tours as well as numerous radio shows. In 2010, the band signed to Cherrytree (Interscope) Records and released Free Wired. The most notable song on the album is the single Like A G6, which eventually went on to achieve double platinum status.

Far East Movement Tickets - Collaborations

Due to their near-celebrity status, Far East Movement has shared the stage, as well as collaborated, with many notable artists. In 2009, they played Powerhouse 106, where they performed alongside, among others, Black Eyed Peas, Flo Rida and Jay-Z. They have also played Asian American festival International Secret Agents (ISA) multiple times, where they have performed alongside AJ Rafael, QuestCrew and Jay Park. Their smash hit single Like A G6 features Dev and The Cataracts, and in 2011, the group supported Lil Wayne on the I Am Still Music tour. In light of this, it's easy to see why Far East Movement tickets may be hard to obtain, so make sure to get them early.
