6/6/13: It is June now, so the Seminoles baseball team is in the regionals. While college baseball is not as widely followed as college football, Florida State seems to be in the mix every year. This is a program that produced both Buster Posey (San Francisco Giants) and John Gast (St. Louis Cardinals). The Noles are ranked 7th in the country going into the college baseball playoffs and will host the series in the regionals. The team is relying on Scott Sitz to provide offense and pitcher Luke Weaver to lead them to that elusive national championship.
