Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an innovative digital sales director who can expand our advertising revenues. SeatGeek currently makes 25% of our revenue on advertising. We've done that without making a sales hire until a few months ago. As a part of a lean sales team, you will be able to quickly double our advertising revenue and then blow all sales expectations out the window. We don't believe in capped commissions; our goal is for you to be the highest paid digital sales director in the industry.
SeatGeek's advertising platform has been heralded by publications like TechCrunch and The Next Web. We are looking for kick-ass salespeople to take ownership of this platform and guide advertisers through it.
What We're Looking For
- At least three years experience in digital sales or with an advertising agency and a deep rolodex of contacts. We're only interviewing people that can start generating meaningful ad revenue in 60-90 days.
- Persistence, passion, and creativity. We want someone who is excited by the prospect of pitching an innovative advertising medium.
- Tremendous oral and written communication skills
