Her first album came out in 1994, entitled The Tide, released by Red House Records and achieving country-wide acclaim. By 1996, her second album came out under the name of Flesh and Bone, and several others followed upon the beginning of the new decade, starting with Ten Year Night in 1999, Every Single Day in 2001, Red Thread in 2004, and Over the Hills in 2007.
