2/21/13: Milwaukee made a move at the trade deadline in an attempt to get the team over the hump and into the playoffs. The Bucks and Orlando Magic agreed to a six player deal that sends J.J. Redick, Gustavo Ayon and Ish Smith to Milwaukee in exchange for Tobias Harris, Beno Udrih, and Doron Lamb. Orlando and Magic fans would have like to have kept Redick,, but it appeared the player and team would be far apart on a salary. Orlando was rumored to want first round picks in the deal, as they rebuild, but had to settle for young players who may help them down the line.

2011 Off Season

Led by the explosive talent of Brandon Jennings and young big man Andrew Bogut the Bucks are trying to rebuild. They have been struggling and just finished short of the play offs with a record of 35-47. Granted you shouldn't be allowed to make the playoffs with a losing record there wasn't much the Bucks could do. They took a gamble during the draft and took Jimmer Fredette. The kid has a shot range named after him. He was unbelievable in college and would make shots that people wouldn't think are possible. Hopefully he can have the same impact and radiate his work ethic for the Milwaukee Bucks as he did in college for BYU. As for every other team though right now the lockout is hurting the bucks and not allowing them to practice or improve their team.
