Inconsistencies, injuries, and the dubious selection of former LSU standout JaMarcus Russell first overall in 2007 have plagued the team and weighed the offense down. Currently helmed by veteran Jason Campbell, the Raiders possess dangerous weapons in Jacoby Ford and Darius Heyward-Bey, the surehanded and increasingly reliable Louis Murphy, and a more than serviceable tight end in the rapidly improving Zach Miller.
