Stomp News: Regular Season and Preseason Updates
Now playing at the illustrious Orpheum Theatre in New York's East Village, STOMP, is a unique theatrical event that is appropriate for all ages 5 and up. Combining elements of percussion, movement and visual comedy, the show creates a truly theatrical aesthetic using unconventional instruments and pure charisma. Created in Brighton, U.K., in the summer of 1991 by long time collaborators Steve McNicholas and Luke Cresswell, STOMP utilizes rhythmic antics to please and entertain. As this rip-roaring show continues to astonish audiences in New York and beyond, fans continue to seek Stomp tickets.
In addition here are some inside tips from a local source:
"We usually do not allow children 5 and under in to see the show because the theater is very small and the volume gets really loud, and if babies/children cry, we will ask them to leave the theater with their guardians. The theater is also NOT wheelchair accessible."
