The 39 Steps News: Regular Season and Preseason Updates
The Story of The 39 Steps tickets
Adapted from the 1915 novel John Buchan and the 1935 film by legendary director Alfred Hitchcock, 39 Steps is a farce version of the film performed nearly verbatim onstage with a cast of four. Patrick Barlow wrote the adaptation, based on the original concept by Simon Corble and Nobby Dimon of a two-actor version of the play. The play originally opened on Broadway as a Roundabout Theatre Production at the American Airlines Theatre in 2008 and ran until January 2010, breaking records as the longest running Broadway play in seven years. Now playing at the acclaimed off-Broadway venue, New World Stages, this eclectic production has starred various dynamic actors including Jennifer Ferrin, Arnie Burto, Cliff Saunders and Francesca Faridany. As this unique play continues to please audiences in New York and beyond, fans can access 39 Steps tickets here at SeatGeek.com.
