Baltimore Ravens Details

Is Joe Flacco elite? It’s not our place to say. But the 11th-year pro is as cool as they come under pressure, as evidenced by the Super Bowl MVP he earned when he led the Ravens to their second Super Bowl championship in franchise history in 2012. Flacco threw for 1,140 yards with 11 touchdowns and no picks in that postseason, and he’s hoping to lead this team to the Promised Land at least once more in his career. He has a new target in Michael Crabtree, one of the most talented wideouts in the NFL.

While the offense certainly makes plenty of plays, the Ravens defense is what has M&T Bank Stadium rocking on Sundays. Head coach John Harbaugh has had one of the league’s top defensive units since he became the head coach in 2008, but this defense has been winning games for this team since Baltimore won the Super Bowl in 2000. Terrell Suggs is the anchor of that unit now, and he is the most iconic Raven lining up at linebacker since Ray Lewis hung up his cleats after the 2012 season.
