NCAA Tournament 2017: West Regional
This year's NCAA Tournament West Regional will be played at the SAP Center in San Jose on March 23 and March 25.
Right now the average ticket for the Sweet 16 session - which includes two games - is selling for $199, while for the Elite 8 game the average ticket is reselling for $209. Of course these prices are sure to change once the bracket is set, and change even more when the matchup is set and the game is only days away.
The West regional may be the most wide open, with the No. 1 Gonzaga Bulldogs. Other top seeds in the bracket include No. 2 Arizona Wildcats, No. 3 Florida State Seminoles, and No. 4 West Virginia Mountaineers. Other possible contenders include No. 5 Notre Dame Fighting Irish, No. 6 Maryland Terrapins, No. 7 St. Mary's Gaels, No. 8 Northwestern Wildcats and No. 9 Vanderbilt Commodores. The double-digit seeds looking to make a Cinderella-esque run are No. 10 VCU Rams, No. 11 Xavier Musketeers, No. 12 Princeton Tigers, No. 13 Bucknell Bison, No. 14 Florida Gulf Coast Eagles, No. 15 North Dakota Fighting Hawks, and No. 16 South Dakota State Jackrabbits.
