    Where are my tickets?

    Tickets haven't showed up in the mail? You haven't received the email from the ticket seller with your tickets? Getting in touch with the seller of the tickets will be the way to go! Here is a list of contact information for the sellers.

    If you don't know the seller of your tickets there are two ways that work well to figure out who you purchased tickets from:
    (1) look at your credit card statement to see which company charged you for the tickets, or
    (2) look at the confirmation email you received when you made the purchase.

    How do I enter my promo code?

    How do I sell my tickets?

    You can list tickets by visiting the My Tickets tab on our website, viewing the ticket details for a specific event, and clicking the “Sell Tickets” button. If the tickets you want to sell are not currently in your SeatGeek account, you can learn how to add tickets to SeatGeek.
