Brand Copywriter
From subway ads to a billboard in Times Square, our marketing team has been making our brand known. Now, with over hundreds of millions of ad impressions each month, we’re ready to hire our first ever copywriter.

You’ll partner with our Creative Director and work across our marketing team to establish a unique SeatGeek voice. Helping shape our brand identity, you’ll ensure SeatGeek stays friendly, smart, and fun. Please note - we're looking for someone who will join us on a contract basis.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Brainstorming concepts that articulate the SeatGeek brand and deliver on business needs
  • Helping shape and grow SeatGeek’s brand identity across multiple channels including campaigns, advertisements, emails, landing pages and app features
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered in our distinct brand voice and in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with members of the marketing team to help create branded content
  • Owning projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to the Creative Director and Marketing stakeholders and incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assets
  • Establishing a voice and tone that makes the brand unique

What You Have

  • 5-7 years of copywriting experience working at an agency or start-up
  • A strong digital background. You’re a conceptual thinker and have a body of work across digital channels
  • Excellent communication skills. You can prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical timelines
  • Passion for branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns
  • Drive to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, while welcoming feedback and collaboration
  • A strong portfolio to back-up your experience
