Event Expert
Are you die-hard sports fan, a lover of obscure indie bands, a comedy junkie or a Broadway aficionado (or perhaps a rare, but not unheard-of combination of all four)? Do you love helping people? Are you well-rounded, smart, humorous and creative? If you answered “yes” to all of the above, keep reading!

As a member of our Event Expert team, you’ll be the voice of our company. You’ll interact with customers through phone calls, emails and social media to resolve their issues and keep current on SeatGeek’s latest features. You’ll also be an indispensable member of our team and a key contributor to our company. We are passionate about providing ridiculously good customer service and our Event Expert folks are some of the best and brightest in the industry.

Unlike most customer experience jobs, we're really flexible about hours. When you start, you'll have a great deal of say as to how you fill the 40-45 hour work week. There is one exception though. The support requires that you work 10-5 on Saturday and Sunday. We're short staffed on weekends.
