Inventory Account Manager - Portland, OR
SeatGeek is transforming the way people buy tickets to live events, and you will be on the front line as a member of our growing Inventory team as we build a more open, modern, fan-friendly ticketing future.

As an Inventory Account Manager, you will be responsible for the continued growth of SeatGeek’s Inventory and ensuring that professional sellers’ experiences on SeatGeek are optimized.

What You'll Do

  • Build new relationships with sellers and ensure they feel valued, listened to and excited about SeatGeek
  • Be the first point of contact for any seller questions or concerns and work to resolve or escalate accordingly
  • Increase the quantity of sellers and listings via phone calls, emails or other forms of media
  • Manage the process of on-boarding new sellers ensuring a seamless transition and great overall platform experience
  • Work cross functionally to project manage initiatives that improve the seller experience

What You Have

  • 1-4 years professional work experience, ideally in ticketing or customer service
  • Comfort with account management and other client-facing work
  • Ability to think quickly and manage ambiguous situations
  • Understanding of “big picture” and ability to balance competing commercial interests
  • A team-first attitude and ability to work weekends
  • Degree from an accredited university
