Senior Manager of IT, Global End User Services
As the Senior Manager of IT, Global End-User Services, you’ll have responsibility for the team and technologies that enable end-user productivity throughout SeatGeek globally. This will be a hands-on position requiring technical expertise and the interpersonal skills required to lead an end-user facing support and services organization. Reporting to the SVP, Infrastructure and Operations, you'll lead a team charged with delivering high-quality, cost-effective services and evolve product offerings to ensure the best possible performance and outcomes for SeatGeek.

What You'll Do

  • Support and manage the Global End User Services (GEUS) team
  • Lead the evolution and capability enhancements of GEUS technologies globally – empowering high levels of workflow and collaboration across internal SeatGeek user teams
  • Manage site infrastructure, including routers and switches
  • Delight users with a low-friction environment, while ensuring ongoing compliance with ITSM controls and SOC audit standards
  • Lead the Logical Access function, with end-to-end responsibility for access requests and entitlements management
  • Lead the development of a client hardware and software lifecycle management program, including asset management
  • Develop strong relationships with business teams to ensure that daily technology service needs are met and issues resolved on time
  • Manage vendor partners that contribute to the SeatGeek user-facing software / technology portfolio
  • Manage 24 x 7 coverage capabilities, using a follow-the-sun model

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience supporting Mac & Windows operating environments
  • A minimum of three years of management experience, with heavy end-user interaction
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac Systems, G Suite, MS Office, and Networking required
  • Experiencing managing global projects, including the communications processes required to organize smooth global roll-outs
