Social Media Strategist
At SeatGeek, we believe in being there live and want this feeling come to life through our social channels. We want you to be SeatGeek’s first Social Media Strategist, focused on creating and curating authentic fan content to grow our social presence.

You will be the voice of SeatGeek across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter. You have demonstrated experience curating a social media voice, either for a brand or on your personal accounts. You love drafting witty captions and being part of viral moments. You are obsessed with sports, and rarely miss a big game.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create, curate and promote day-to-day content across SeatGeek's social channels
  • Develop content strategy surrounding major events, marketing campaigns, and other brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with influencers, paid social, public relations and customer service teams
  • Help shape and grow SeatGeek’s brand identity across key channels
  • Track and analyze SeatGeek’s social footprint

Skills & Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience working in social media, copywriting, or journalism
  • Active social media user (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter) with experience producing engaging content and building an audience
  • An obsession with sports and music
  • A willingness to work around the sports and music calendar, including the potential to work evenings and weekends
  • Creative and concise copywriting skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience working with design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is a plus
