Ticket Operations Associate
At SeatGeek, we’re putting fans and rights-holders first by reinventing live eventertainment for the modern, mobile era. We believe in open ticketing that is completely differentiated from legacy ticketing providers and we’ve got some amazing partners already.

Now, we’re looking for a Ticket Operations Associate to help bring our vision of ticketing to even more teams, leagues, and venues. Working closely with our Director of Ticket Operations, you’ll use your technical capabilities to assist with sales pitches and diligence efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with day to day box office managers to better understand their system pain-points and needs
  • Form strong relationships with teams, and appeal specifically to box office leadership
  • Help craft sales pitches and actively participate in sales meetings, especially in the discovery and technical deep dive phases of the sales process
  • Provide support to onboard new clients
  • Learn the ins and outs of our system, SRO. You are no stranger to learning new technology and love the idea of becoming a system expert
  • Develop technical demo and diligence for potential clients
  • Overtime, assist with development and implementation of our sales strategy, including identifying new opportunities

Who You Are

  • BA or BS required
  • Tech Savvy. You pick up new technology easily and you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty learning a new ticketing system
  • Passionate about the dysfunctions of the ticketing business and ready to help make a change
  • 4+ years of ticket operations experience
  • Credible and authentic. You can answer a team’s ticket operations questions from their perspective and get buy-in
  • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time and able to spend a majority of your first 2 months training in Charleston, SC
