Workplace Specialist
SeatGeek has experienced tremendous growth in recent years and 2018 is poised to be our biggest year yet.

Our office space is evolving and growing at lightning speed and we’re planning on doubling our square footage in the coming year. We're adding a Workplace Specialist to our Office Operations team in New York to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development of office standards, processes, and procedures
  • Oversee workplace projects including internal office moves, furniture installations, cabling and deep cleans
  • Receive and process requests made through internal ticketing system, assign out as necessary
  • Run point on day-to-day office safety and security
  • Create PMPs for mechanical systems and oversee all unscheduled maintenance
  • Ensure office space runs to the highest standards in function and appearance
  • Manage vendor accounts and relationships
  • Manage and track inventory of office supplies, furniture and equipment
  • Maintain workplace pages of internal Wiki, keeping them up to date with all relevant information
  • Manage floor plans and seating charts

Who You Are

  • Cool headed with the ability to tackle unexpected challenges with ease
  • Not afraid to dive in and get your hands dirty or do a little heavy lifting from time to time
  • Detail focused, but always keeping the big picture in your periphery
  • Warm, empathetic and comfortable working with a variety of personalities

What You Have

  • 3+ years experience in Office/Facilities Management
  • Understanding of building/mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with high growth companies. Tech industry a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
