We love live events because they bring people of all walks together. You see the same things. You feel the same feels. You walk out changed for the better. We strive to bring that same feeling of connectedness into our workplace. Help us help the world experience more live.
Interfaces matter
Everything has an interface. Apps. APIs. Teams. People. We take atypical care in defining and crafting interactions.
Consumer advocate
People create the magic of live entertainment. That’s why we put the needs of the fan first and everything else follows.
Detail obsessed
Thousands of small details make the difference between good and amazing. We get absorbed in every pixel, every word, every interaction.
Aligned DIY
Our success will be defined by the moments when one inspired individual rolled up her sleeves and made something brilliant happen.
Bold yet humble
We aren’t afraid to face anything. We set lofty goals and don’t rest until we accomplish them. But we don’t let those successes get to our heads.
Value time
We can create beautiful digital experiences, but we can’t create time, so we’re relentlessly judicious about how we spend it.

TLC
We provide access to high quality health insurance coverage, ample paid time off, and generous parental leave.
Parental leave
Congrats on welcoming a bundle of joy into your life! We offer 16 weeks for the primary caregiver and 10 weeks for the secondary caregiver in a 12-month period.
Subscriptions
Health and wellness are incredibly important so we cover employee subscriptions to services like One Medical, Ginger.io and Headspace.
Team events
Regular virtual team hangs & happy hours are essential, especially while we’re all working remotely. We also put our typical day-to-day work aside for company-wide hackathons 3-4 times per year.
Ticket perk
Although this perk is currently on pause, we can’t help but talk about it. SeatGeek employees receive a monthly ticket-purchase stipend, and we cannot wait to get back to safely attending the live events that we so dearly miss.
Covid-19 response
Due to Covid-19, we’re not expecting employees to return to the office until July 2021 at the earliest. Once it’s again safe to do so, we look forward to welcoming people back to our offices!
Application review
Welcome to the hiring process! Once you successfully apply for a position, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Someone at SeatGeek will review your application and get back to you regardless of the outcome.
Initial screen
You’ll connect with someone on the team, either over the phone or on a video chat, so we can get a better idea of your background and you can learn more about the role.
First round
Show off some of your skills in-person at your local office, or, for more technical roles, you may be asked to do some live code pairing over video.
Final interview
Hosted at SeatGeek HQ or at your local office, you’ll meet several more team members and leave with a full picture of what it’s like to work at SeatGeek.
Offer letter
By far our favorite part of the process, we’ll make things official and welcome you to the team. Expect plenty of information about our perks, benefits, and general life at SeatGeek. Let’s go!
