Milwaukee Brewers Details
Located in Milwaukee, Miller Park is one of the more unique stadiums in all of Major League Baseball. One reason for that is the slide that hangs directly above the left-field bleachers. Miller Park is the only stadium with its own slide, and that’s really nothing to sneeze at. Miller Park also has a convertible roof that is capable of opening and closing in less than 10 minutes. It is the only one of its kind in North America. It’s not all about the attractions for the Brewers, though. This team can play, and manager Craig Counsell is one of the top up-and-coming minds in the game.
Milwaukee’s lineup is headlined by outfielder Ryan Braun. Braun was the NL MVP back in 2011, the NL home run leader in 2012 and has been an All-Star six times in his MLB career. He is one of the most dangerous hitters in the National League, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see him win another MVP award before his career is over. Jonathan Villar is another stud in this Brewers lineup. Villar led the league in stolen bases last year, swiping 62 bags in 156 games. He also hit .285 with 19 homers and 63 RBI, cementing him as one of the league’s most versatile players. As for the rotation, Junior Guerra is one name worth keeping an eye on. Guerra broke out with Milwaukee last season, going 9-3 with a 2.81 ERA. He flashed some excellent stuff and is definitely fun to watch up close.
