After graduating Matt had a three year stint working as a software engineer for Apple in Silicon Valley, which was ridden with Japanese cuisine, fog, spaceship-esque tech campuses, and Priuses. Michael is a graduate of Providence College where he lived with a pet pig named Hank. By graduation, Hank - initially thought to be a "tea cup" pig - could barely fit in a bathtub. Michael is a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, which he understands is a reference to professional experience, and not his greying beard. He's a fan of bright colors, jukeboxes, 80s and 90s R&B, and analog user interfaces. Sam is a Software Engineer here at SeatGeek. He comes to us from the great state of North Carolina where, just like Beyonce, his mom brought a wonderful set of twins into this world. It’s the funniest dichotomy. There’s nothing funnier to me than the oxymoron that is Zack Kitzmiller and needles.
Before moving to New York, Zack got his degree in Electrical Engineering. Since then, he's been working in software, mostly in the backend. When he's not programming or reading about programming, he's probably practicing French, baking, or learning about history. He also loves to travel and can't wait to go back to France.

Since then he earned a B.S. in computer engineering, M.S. in Computer Science, and (recently) a B.A. in History. No wonder his kids call me "Wikipedia". Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jason ended moving to Detroit for a few years, Los Angeles for several years, then ultimately to Portland after an amazing 6-month trip to about 15 countries (it just had to be done). He is a huge fan of board, card and dice games, loves the band Rush and will someday finish writing that story he’s been working on since 1993.
A straight-up New Yorker, Jaydree was born and raised in Brooklyn. He graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Digital Media Management. He loves great food, art, technology, design, the allure of streetwear in fashion and most importantly, video games. In addition, Jaydree enjoys street photography, particularly capturing the beauty of New York City. When not at work, he is most likely checking out a museum, eating at a nice restaurant or home playing the latest video game!
Jesse is a dude from the sunny state of California. He loves a good Netflix binge, and hates a long bio. When not Customer Experience Specializing at SeatGeek, Jesse can be found writing, performing comedy, or learning guitar from teens in cargo shorts on Youtube. (He is not proud of that last one.)
Likes:Avocados, Bay Area hiphop, the movie “In Bruges"Dislikes:Icy sidewalks, when news outlets misuse the word "selfie"
Joe is proud to be a part of the amazing CX team at SeatGeek! Hailing from Queens, NY originally, Joe is super passionate about building world-class teams which provide ridiculously great customer service. He also has an unnatural appetite for diet Mountain Dew, cookies (soft, never crispy), ice cream (Ben and Jerry's Mint Chocolate Cookie, pls) and cracks sea salt on almost everything--including cinnamon toast crunch. Somehow still alive despite all of this, Joe also loves going to movie dates with his wife and Yankees games with his mom.
More savory favorite hobbies and athletes:basketball, running, hot yoga and the Yankees Core FourLess savory favorite hobbies and athletes:whiskey sipping, binge poker playing and Jason Giambi
Raised all over the country, mostly in the Sonoran deserts of Arizona, Jordan spends much of his time exploring the outdoors. Amongst other things, he’s a musician, a hiker, and can make some stellar guacamole. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Digital Culture (Arts, Media, & Engineering) while working for companies like Apple and Zocdoc.

Kayla is a CX Specialist at SeatGeek's Portland office who spent the majority of her professional life pre-SG pushing out lattes and keeping America caffeinated as part of the specialty coffee industry. Kayla grew up on a farm outside of Chicago and went on to attend Arizona State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies. Since then, Kayla's gained a deep appreciation for all-things-Portland (including the dreaded rain), but specifically the coffee (obviously), the nature, and the craft beer (brewery capital of the world, anyone?) She's also got an affinity for cute dogs and can usually be spotted out wandering the streets of PDX with her own German Shepherd pup Nori.
Likes:Fluffy dogs, owners who let her pet their fluffy dogs, anything softDislikes:Every season of AHS except Season 1, despite getting her hopes up every year that this time it'll be different
Keiya, a native Chicagoan, is a chocolate-lover, singer and musician who’s performed at Ravinia and the Chicago Jazz Fest. After 3 failed band stints and graduating with a Jazz and Diaspora Studies degree from Columbia College, she decided to self-produce and release an EP on her own. When she’s not kicking ass with the Customer Experience team, you might find her at an artist talk or performing at your favorite Brooklyn venue, if you can manage to pry her out from her home studio.
Kevan is a Customer Experience Specialist at SeatGeek’s Portland office. A longtime resident of Portland, he received a degree in English from Portland State University. Before joining SeatGeek, he worked for Netflix’s customer service team in a variety of capacities. His spare hours are spent making strange music, reading old books and cat-wrangling.

Leah is an Even Expert in the Portland Office. She's originally from Texas but stopped in NYC to test it out for a few before deciding Portland looked pretty neat. She had previously been working in the wine and spirits industry for the last several years, so for all of your booze-related questions feel free to ask! She enjoys traveling, the outdoors and talking about her dog. Oh and she sings in a Jamaican Soul band.
Luis was originally born and raised in NY State and uber stoked to be back in PDX joining SeatGeek, after an amazing bucket listy year spent in LA where he worked most recently with Hulu as a Virtual Experience Specialist. He is a huge TV/Film Geek and loves to binge stream shows while being hopped up on coffee products. He loves to cook, write and work out, recently dropping 50 lbs and counting (he's planning to attend tough mudder!). Luis has a passion for tech, people and teams that can challenge and teach him. He appreciates the start-up culture, getting his first experience with the gorgeous folks at Simple.com. He's very happy to be with SeatGeek and looks forward to learning and growing with the team.
Lydia is an Event Expert for SeatGeek in Portland, OR. Lydia grew up in Southern California. Before she serendipitously landed on the SeatGeek CX team, she attended Reed College in Portland and lived in France for a year teaching English. When not helping SeatGeek users get connected with all kinds of live events, you'll find Lydia playing with other people's pets, hanging out with her housemates, writing silly poems, or making lists.
Lydia is an Event Expert in the PDX office. If pressed, she will confess to being from Monterey, California where she got a degree in Integrated Studies. When they aren't attending events, she and her husband create Dungeon World homebrews, (occasionally) solve escape rooms, and are raising a blue poison dart frog that is either named Flynn or Zell. They aren't sure which yet. Frogs are easy to understand but difficult to master.
Marcus Williams is one of the dwindling born and raised Portlanders, and wouldn't have it any other way. He loves this city and everything to do with it, and is always excited to check out the various events, shows, hiking, or food that this city offers. Studied music and guitar since the age of 15 (trying to use his music knowledge to create electronic music now). Video game and general tech enthusiast since he can remember (played Nintendo at the age of 3). Lately he has been both working on fixing/improving his house, and trying to nurture his growing interest in D&D!
Marissa is from Santa Barbara CA. She's completely obsessed with dogs and will say hi to every dog she passes on the street (only if they’re friendly and want to say hi). She loves playing kickball, doing hot yoga, watching Ru Paul’s Drag Race, perusing Trader Joe’s and New Seasons and trying all the beers and ciders that Portland has to offer. She loves almost every kind of cheese in every form, especially mac and cheese. She loves going to concerts and she's seen my favorite band live more than 20 times. She's brand new to Portland and is excited to see what the city has to offer.
Meredith is originally from a tiny town in the Adirondacks but moved to the concrete jungle in 2009 after realizing that there were plenty of dogs to pet in the city too. After completing a degree in theology and philosophy at Fordham University, she became immersed in the CX world and hasn't looked back. When not at work and/or organizing her inbox, you can find her outside eating ice cream (in all seasons), seeking out new places with water views, lounging in one of her many onesies, or planning weekend excursions to visit her siblings.

World-traveling actor and dancer when not tackling all CX problems head-on, Michael also teaches part-time at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Michael is 1% evil and 99% hot gas. Avid cartoon watcher, his dream is to do voiceovers for animated series and video games so he can put all the strange characters he's made up to good use. Ask him to do various accents or if he likes Segways to get him really talking.
Controversial Opinions:The TV show 'Friends' is not good, ice cream is just okay, and bugs are cool unless they are inside my house then no.
Miranda is a Customer Experience Specialist at Seatgeek. Her parents met at a D&D game in the 80's, and that explains far too much about her life. An Anthropology graduate from Portland State University, she spends her time with novels (both reading and writing), video games (both playing and designing), and studying East Asian languages. Prior to coming to SeatGeek, Miranda was a bookseller at the world-famous Powell's Books.
Nikki is a CX Specialist at SeatGeek's NYC office. She's an alum of Syracuse University, where she studied industrial and interaction design and learned just how essential a great customer experience is to the entire product. Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, she is a die hard Penguins hockey fan and only an obligatory Steelers football fan. On any given day you can find her religiously refreshing the TMZ homepage, drinking more coffee than water, and wearing loud shoes around the office.
Favorite Animal:Raccoon ( but Opossum is a close 2nd)Favorite Game of Thrones House:Lannister
Rob is a Customer Experience Specialist at SeatGeek's NYC office. As an Oregon native, Rob enjoys hiking and biking in the great outdoors, and a nice full bodied Pinot Noir. After getting his degree in Arts Administration at Wagner, he gained 5 years customer service experience in the retail and hospitality space. He has even dabbled in theatre work. He believes in taking the stairs instead of escalators, that breakfast food is the best at all times, and that In Bruges is a Christmas movie.

Robert is always prepared with a drag queen reaction gif and spends his free time dreaming up Real Housewives intro lines. His favorite nail color is Let's Get Digital by Sally Hansen and he wears a mood ring as a daily accessory. He lives for anything with an iridescent finish and can be found bouncing around festivals during the summer months. He eats pizza multiple times a week because there is nothing wrong with that. He highly recommends enjoying a cold La Croix while soaking in a hot tub and spends his weekends pulling looks and dancing late into the night.
Roxanne is a Lead CX Specialist at SeatGeek. Originally from London, England, Roxanne moved to the US to study Art and Art History at Rollins College. Before SeatGeek, Roxanne worked as Music Director at 91.5FM WPRK and as Marketing and Partnerships Manager at TAG, The Awareness Group. Her love of music brought her to New York and when she is not at work, she sees as many live shows as humanly possible.

Ryan is stoked to be an Event Expert at Seatgeek’s Portland office! Before moving out west in 2016, Ryan grew up in rural upstate New York, where he spent most of his time photographing weddings and performing in community theatre. An avid vocalist, Ryan enjoys singing in the shower and playing ukulele on warm sunny days. His favorite Lady Gaga track is all of them and he will absolutely go to karaoke with you. He strongly dislikes spiders, thunderstorms, and cheese (in most cases). These days, you can find Ryan at the dog park with his Aussie puppy Astro, wandering the city taking photos, or at home, binge-watching Drag Race and filling in his eyebrows.
Sarah is an Event Expert at SeatGeek. Like Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Neil Patrick Harris, she comes from New Mexico. Unlike those two, she is a girl. When she's not at work, Sarah likes to tell jokes all over the city.
Favorite TV show:Xena: Warrior Princess
Shirelle was born in Boston, MA into a Jamaican family. Then she lived in Atlanta for 12 years and now she lives in Brooklyn. Somehow, she magically retains no accents from any of these places. She still acts, writes and sings all the time. Geek Identifiers: House Stark, Libra, Gryffindor and a Elf/Hobbit hybrid.
Favorite things:New Orleans, 80's Synth, DocumentariesLeast favorite things:Bad pop/rap collaborations

Tess is the Social Media Support Manager at SeatGeek. She truly appreciates a well-crafted tweet and is always searching for ways to make our users happy. In her spare time she plays guitar, writes comedy, hunts for top-notch memes, and sifts through racks at thrift shops for vintage clothing gems. She recently bought a record player and begun collecting vinyl so that she would be legally allowed to continue living in Brooklyn. It's going well.

Thornton, a graduate of Syracuse University, dreams of one day seeing another Syracuse Football or Basketball team win a national championship. He’d also like to add another Celtics Finals victory and another Steelers championship, not all in the same year, but he wouldn’t complain either way. In the meantime, Thornton spends his days working on the SG customer experience team and attending all the concerts he can handle.
Top 5 Thorntons:1. Reed, Thornton 2. Thornton’s Chocolate 3. Wilder, Thornton 4. Melon, Thornton 5. Thornton’s (Gas Station)
