It’s Time for Dodger Baseball

This phrase was coined by the beloved Vin Scully, the Dodgers’ sportscaster from 1950-2016. He followed the team from Brooklyn to LA and is one of, if not the most, well-known baseball announcer. The team still starts every home game with "It’s time for Dodger Baseball!" and it’s one of the fans’ favorite traditions.

"You can't miss the pregame ceremony. It's always great to watch!"

Dodger Dogs and Micheladas

It’s a must to get yourself a Dodger Dog - it was by far the fans’ number one recommendation. Wash it down with a classic Michelada, basically a bloody mary with beer. Fans are split on which is better: the Estrella Jalisco Michelada or the Modelo Michelada - you can decide for yourself.

"Dodger dogs! I don't eat hot dogs anywhere else. Really."

LA traffic

In LA, it seems that traffic is inevitable. If you can, try to take the Dodger Stadium Express, which is free for all ticket holders. If you need to drive, be sure to buy parking online before you head to the game - it will save you some money and time.

"Take the Dodger Stadium Express, skip driving altogether!"
