Located just across the Hudson River from New York City in New Jersey, MetLife Stadium can be a bit of a challenge to get to, with some fans opting for the train while others coming via car. Either way, be sure to build in plenty of time before kickoff, you can always try to join in on someone’s tailgate if you are not having your own.
"Get there early, parking can be confusing. There is plenty to see around the stadium before the game starts."
Plenty to eat
If the tailgates outside the stadium don’t fill you up, the food options inside certainly will. You will find your typical stadium food throughout the venue - fans specifically called out the chicken tenders - but for more specialty foods head down to the main plaza area inside the stadium where you will find different options.
"The MetLife Central plaza has almost all the specialty food options. Always check it out."
A day at the museum
If you want to walk through Giants history, be sure to check out the Legacy Club, located on the lower level of the stadium and open through halftime. It’s a chance to see Super Bowl trophies up close, and to understand more about the history of this storied franchise. It’s an especially popular destination before kickoff for those who arrive early.
"The Legacy Club! Go see the 4 Super Bowl trophies, memorabilia, and hall of fame plaques that our team has worked so hard for!"
