We all get our regular dose of Cher via her blessing of a Twitter account. But sometimes you just need to be reminded of how insanely huge her decades-spanning career has been.  Outside of a show by the genuine article, there are few better ways to take it all in than the jukebox musical The Cher Show. Fans of “Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves” and “Believe” alike will get the chance to see the Broadway hit musical without heading to New York City, as the show hits the road in October 2020.

No venues, dates or cast members have been announced yet, but Cher fans should ready themselves to see the story of Cher rendered live on stage. The original show netted Stephanie J. Block a Tony Award for her performance and that same level of excellence may soon make a stop in your town. The people behind the show are certainly excited.

“Telling Cher’s life story on Broadway has been a joy,” producer Flody Suarez said in a statement. “Watching audiences relive her empowering story through six decades worth of iconic songs, movies, costumes and relationships has been incredible. We look forward to taking this inspiring message on the road next year. We are incredibly thankful to this brilliant cast and crew.”
