FYF Festival (originally known as the F*ck Yeah Festival) has just announced its lineup for this year’s show, all set to take place at the Los Angeles Sports Arena and Exposition Park in Los Angeles, CA August 23 and 24. Headlining? The Strokes, Phoenix, Slowdive, and The Blood Brothers, with acts like HAIM, Interpol, Julian Casablancas, Grimes, Flying Lotus, Death Grips, Caribou, Future Islands, Darkside, Earl Sweatshirt, Run the Jewels, Built to Spill, Little Dragon, Real Estate, Boris, Tycho, Todd Terie, and Angel Olsen also on the docket. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday, May 22 at 12:00 noon West-Coast time via the festival’s website. A two-day pass will run you $129, and VIP passes will cost $229.

FYF Festival was founded by music promoter Sean Carlson in 2004. The first FYF Festival was held in 2004 at the Echo in Los Angeles, and this year marks the first time it is being held at the Los Angeles Sports Arena and Exposition Park. The LA Sports Arena and Exposition Park was opened on July 4, 1959 by then-Vice President Richard Nixon.
