Update (6.17)
While performing with the Foo Fighters in Sweden last week, frontman Dave Grohl fell of the stage and broke his leg. In true rockstar fashion he kept performing, but the injury was no joke and the band has had to cancel several overseas tour dates, including their headlining slot at Glastonbury. But have no fear–Florence + The Machine have already stepped in and will be taking over the Foo’s spot on the bill. Now, hopefully Florence doesn’t break her foot again…

**********

Since 1970, Glastonbury Festival has been the highlight of the summer for many a music fan living across the pond. The five-day festival always brings the heaviest of hitters to their lineup, generally spanning from rock n’ roll icons (ahem, The Rolling Stones in 2013 and Stevie Wonder in 2010) to super pop stardom (a la Beyonce and Mumford & Sons).
We learned earlier this year that Lionel Richie and the Dalai Lama would both make appearances at the ‘Bury, but with just a little over two months to go, the full lineup has finally been released. Headliners include Foo Fighters, Kanye West, Florence + The Machine and Pharrell Williams. You can read the entire list below, as well as check out all available tickets.
