The iconic Newport Jazz Festival has released a massive lineup for 2020. Taking place from August 7-9 at Fort Adams State Park, this year’s edition of Newport Jazz Festival is looking to be impressive. This festival holds a great deal of history, as the first Newport Jazz Festival took place in 1954 under the name “First Annual American Jazz Festival.” Since, the festival has hosted jazz greats like Pat Metheny, Herbie Hancock, Stanley Clarke, and more to take their stages by storm.

Headliners for this year’s Newport Jazz Festival include Norah Jones, Diana Krall, Wynton Marsalis, Khruangbin, and Angélique Kidjo’s Remain In Light. In addition, acts like Robert Glasper, The Soul Rebels, Christian McBride, and Somi are also set to perform. More artists are still yet to be announced, so check back soon for lineup updates.
