Ottawa Bluesfest is an annual outdoor music festival that takes place each year in downtown Ottawa at the Lebreton Flats. Since its inception in 1994, it has evolved from just blues and jazz music to rap, rock n’ roll, some electronic, and now, country. In 20 years, it has grown to become the largest blues festival in Canada and the second largest in North America.

While this year’s lineup has been receiving some flack from fans, we think it’s one of the more diverse festival lineups so far this summer. Headliners include Iggy Azalea, Jason Aldean, Chvrches, Weird Al, Future Islands, and Porter Robinson. (Full lineup below.) Tickets for the event go on sale March 30; the day-by-day music schedule is available at the official festival website.
