Pitchfork Music Festival–organized by the folks from the music magazine of the same name–will be taking over Chicago’s Union Park once again this summer. Now entering it’s ninth year, the three-day affair focuses on alternative rock, rap & hip-hop, electronica, dance music, and even some jazz. Held every third weekend of July, this fest has a little bit of everything, including food and drink from local, national and regional vendors, and a record fair hosted by the local CHIRP Radio.

Tickets for the non-camping festival are on sale now, with 3-day passes beginning at $150–which means you’re paying $50 a day to see some of the biggest alternative artists currently making music. Or, if you want to wait until the full schedule is announced, you could always buy day passes for $65 a pop. Of course, even if primary tickets sell out, you can always find them on the secondary market through websites like SeatGeek, which you can see below. Stay tuned to TBA for more lineup additions or ticket information as it is announced!
