The US might host more summer festivals, but with one powerhouse event, Brazil is giving us a run for our music-party money. Rock In Rio has finally released this year’s official lineup, and it pretty much reads like a who’s-who of superstars today. We’ve got Beyonce, The Boss, Justin Timberlake, John Mayer, Alicia Keys, Bon Jovi – and we haven’t even started on the indie acts yet, which, with the likes of Grace Potter, The Gaslamp Killer and Kimbra on the list, provide a nice complement to the event’s more mainstream musicians.

Rock In Rio may just be the world’s largest music event, with several iterations held each year in different cities across the globe. Rio de Janeiro (the festival’s original site) in Brazil, Lisbon in Portugal, and Madrid in Spain are Rock In Rio’s main locales, although rumor has it Buenos Aires in Argentina will be added come 2014. Here’s hoping an NYC affair isn’t too far off, but for those of you who don’t let little things like geography and airfare get in the way of a good time now, feel free to scroll through our list of 2013 tickets below!
