Details surrounding the inaugural Vertex Festival have been revealed, including the lineup, dates, location and ticket prices. Rumors about the brand new fest began swirling earlier this year, when we learned that Madison House Presents (same people who do Electric Forest) had acquired the necessary permits to host the four-day event.

Held on the 274-acre Cottonwood Meadows in Buena Vista, CO, watch headliners Odesza, Alabama Shakes and Trey Anastasio Band perform alongside Dopapod, Graham Nash, The Claypool Lennon Delirium and more. Mark your calendars for August 5-7, it’s going down!
