You’ve got your tickets to this year’s Bonnaroo Music + Arts Festival. Score! Now it’s time to pack for the big weekend. What are the essentials? Do you feel like you might be missing something? Or don’t know where to start? Don’t worry, we do. Here’s your 2020 Bonnaroo checklist to make sure you bring everything you need to have an excellent time out on the farm.

Most Important Things to Bring to Bonnaroo

Here’s a list of everything that Bonnaroo recommends festival attendees bring to guarantee a swingin’ good time. Take a look over the list below before you leave in order to ensure that you’re ready for a weekend of music and more at Great Stage Park.

Camping gear
Tents, shelters, sleeping bags, beds, tarp
Cooler and/or water jugs (ice is available for purchase throughout the campgrounds)
Lantern, flashlight, headlamp
Extra batteries
Stainless steel water bottle
Camping chairs, tables
Rain gear, mud boots
Bug spray (Bonnaroo encourages festival goers to be green and use spray without DEET)
Biodegradable plastic bags for trash (Bonnaroo provides some bags for trash and recycling)
Toilet paper
Phone charging cable
Flag, balloon (to help identify your campsite)
Extra set of car keys

Bags & Bag Policy

You’ve got to put all your festival gear somewhere, right? Below is a comprehensive guide to what bags are permitted inside the festival grounds.

Small luggage lock for your tent (Bonnaroo encourages attendees not to bring valuables with them to the festival)
Vehicle key code (this makes it easy for the locksmith to duplicate your car key if you lose it)

Sweatshirt, hoodie (the temperature may drop at night)
