Following stellar performances at this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Annual Festival, electronic musician Amon Tobin has embarked on another cross-country tour. Tobin will be performing ISAM, an album that he’s described as a “sound sculpture,” and concert-goers will be treated to an accompanying visual demonstration, described on Tobin’s website as “a stunning 25′ x 14′ x 8′ multi-dimensional/ shape shifting 3-D art installation surrounding Tobin and enveloping him and the audience in a beyond 3-D experience.” Electronic music fans will not want to miss one of the most exciting and innovative acts in their genre.

This week will see shows in Boston (Wednesday) and New York (Friday). Tobin will also visit Philadelphia before making his way down the southeastern coast. Other major shows include Miami, Dallas, and Austin. The tour will come to a conclusion in early October in California, with final dates in Berkeley and Los Angeles.
