Top 5 Tour Announcements of the Week
Late summer tour announcements are rolling in, and some far off fall shows are being penciled into the calendar. From Beck to Bob Seger, here’s who we’re most exited to see hit the road.
Arcade Fire ‘Infinite Content’ Tour
In support of their upcoming album, Everything Now, Arcade Fire have announced a lengthy North American tour for the fall. The Infinite Content Tour begins on September 9 in Ottawa at the Canadian Tire Center, followed by stops up and down the East Coast and in Texas. October will be spent in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest, and the final stop is marked by a performance at Air Canada Centre in Toronto on November 3. Click here for tickets.
Beck Summer Tour
The shape-shifting and prolific Beck has announced a brief run of shows for the summer. Catch him from July 9 to August 27, performing around the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. He’ll also be on tap as a headliner for this year’s The Ride fest as well as Musicfest NW. Click here for tickets.
Bob Seger ‘Runaway Train’ Tour
Catch Bob Seger, joined by his Silver Bullet Band, on the Runaway Train Tour this summer. The North American trek will kick off on August 24 in Toledo, OH, at Huntington Center and wrap up on October 28 at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, AZ. In between, catch him throughout the Midwest, East Coast and South, including an already sold out hometown show at the DTE Energy Music Theatre on September 9. Click here for tickets.
Bryson Tiller ‘Set it Off’ Tour
R&B singer Bryson Tiller has announced a tour in support of his new album. The Set it Off Tour will kick off on June 23 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and run all the way until September 16 in Louisville, KY at KFC Yum! Center. Joining Tiller on the road are Metro Boomin and H.E.R. for varying dates. Click here for tickets.
Lauryn Hill & Nas Fall Tour
In one of hip-hop’s hottest pairings, Nas and Lauryn Hill have announced a co-headlining tour. Joining them for alternating dates on the fall run is comedian Hannibal Buress and reggae artist Chronixx. The North American tour kicks off on September 7 at Huntington Bank Pavilion in Chicago, IL, and wraps up on October 11 in Vancouver, BC, at Pacific Coliseum. Click here for tickets.
