Indie/electronic outfit Awolnation has announced a small string of shows for the beginning of December, in support of their album, Megalithic Symphony. The tour will see the Los Angeles-based band in major cities like Seattle, Las Vegas and Boston, plus a performance at KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas in Universal City, CA, on December 8. The shows kick off on December 1, in Chicago, IL, at Aragon Ballroom, and ends 13 days later with a gig in Baltimore, MD, at Ram’s Head Live.

Awolnation has been riding the wave of their debut album since it’s release back in March 2011, on Red Bull Records. Megalithic Symphony peaked at number 13 on the US Billboard indie chart, and No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. Mostly likely due to the fact that the single “Sail” was certified 2x platinum, and featured on a BMW commercial during the 2012 Summer Olympics. You can check out the band’s newest single, “Kill Your Heroes,” when they perform it on The Late Show With David Letterman on December 11.
