Baauer Tour
One of the most famous YouTube soundtrack providers of all time, Baauer, has announced winter 2013-14 tour dates that will conclude with performances at three different international Lollapalooza tours this spring. The DJ – for the uninitiated, he’s the guy behind the original “Harlem Shake” – has had a busy year, including spinning at Coachella and hyping the crowd for Kendrick Lamar’s performance. Now, he’s continuing to team up with AraabMuzik and S-Type to entertain fans across the US and leave some with a USB party favor featuring four of his newest songs.

A definite highlight on the tour, likely for both fans and Baauer himself, is the New Year’s Eve performance. It seems only fitting that the West Philadelphia (born and raised, on the playground is where he spent most of his days, etc…) native would choose this city to ring in 2014, at the Theatre of the Living Arts. After what should be an epic homecoming, Baauer will have a little over a week off before hopping aboard the Holy Ship! for one of the most epic voyages since the Titanic.
